Mobile Game Maker Jam City to Go Public Through SPAC Merger

The mobile games maker Jam City will go public through a merger with DPCM Capital, a special purpose acquisition company led by former Uber executive Emil Michael. The resulting publicly-traded company, to be called Jam City Holdings, will have an enterprise value of $1.2 billion.
